Privacy Policy
This policy explains, under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), what personal information IPTV Free Trial Canada collects, why, on what basis, how long we keep it, and the rights you have.
Who we are
IPTV Free Trial Canada operates https://iptvfreetrial.ca, an IPTV service for Canada offering a free trial before you buy. You can reach us by email at contact@iptvfreetrial.ca or via WhatsApp from the contact page.
What we collect and why
We only process the information needed to set up your free trial, take any order and support you: the name or username you give us, your WhatsApp number or email address, and your trial or subscription activation details. We use it to send your test line, confirm any order, provide support and handle any refund — with your knowledge and consent, for the purpose of providing the service you asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not run on-site card payments — there is no card form on the site, and payment, if you choose a plan, is arranged directly with you over WhatsApp.
Hosting and service providers
To run the website we use an infrastructure provider that processes data on our behalf. When you visit, technically necessary server logs (such as IP address and time of request) are processed to keep the service running and secure. Where information is processed or stored outside Canada by a service provider, it remains subject to this policy and to comparable protection.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet any legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Trial-only contact details for people who do not go on to buy are kept briefly and then removed.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these, contact contact@iptvfreetrial.ca. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC), and provincial privacy commissioners may also have jurisdiction where you live.
Cookies
The site uses only technically necessary cookies and, where applicable, privacy-friendly, anonymised analytics. You can refuse non-essential cookies in your browser without limiting your use of the site.
